Opened package and the screen was broken. Reached out to support and they were extremely helpful and added a few questions for clarification and sent pictures of the issue. I followed up and con tinted to receive support and communication. I was never ignored . Then received a full refund for the issue. This makes me feel confident to continue to purchase and not worry about them helping resolve the issue as a customer.
