Ruumur Return Policy
All sales are returnable within 10 days of delivery unless marked as Final Sale on the product page.
Where returns are allowed and not Final Sale, Shipping and Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds take 1-3 business days to process. Products are expected to be returned in the condition they were received or additional restocking fees will apply.
We often sell products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion unless the product is not final sale and is marked as returnable within 10 days on the product page.
Please note, once a Final Sale product is submitted with an order for processing, it is considered FINAL SALE.
By completing your purchase of final sale items, you acknowledge and accept that:
No Returns or Exchanges: Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product.
Authorization Required: Returns of final sale items require prior approval from a member of the Ruumur team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed for a refund.
Restocking Fee: Ruumur reserves the right to apply a 20% or more restocking fee on returnable items that are returned without prior authorization. Ruumur also reserves the right to send back the final sale item at the customer's expense.
