I got a pair of sunglasses that are bifocals and the item doesn’t indicate it’s a bi-focal product.
They replied to my request for an exchange or refund with garbage that the seller doesn’t sell bifocals. Thats BS and they won’t do anything for me. So I wasted more than $200 on a product I’m now stuck with and can’t get any reasonable solution.
NEVER USING THS SERVICE TO BUY ANYTHING AGAIN.
No recourse and no resolution except to stick the customer with an undesirable product that can’t be used.
